It does exactly what's expected, both on simple and complex meshes. I'm very pleased with this addon.

On Blender 3.6.3 at lest the scaling doesnt really work and trying to use it on more complex meshes besides cubes it kinda just butchers it. I dont understand why it works on the same size box but not on another same sized hard edge but more complex object. The scales are applyed, but the edge damages are huge and totally random. Seems it has been like this for a while, looking at other reviews. The full version is also pretty expensive compared to the value and other products on the market. Will change review if this becomes fixed.

I'm always here to provide full support on how to use OCD with any specific object to achieve the best results. Reach out via Blender Market messages, Discord, or email.

P.S. You can't change your review here.

I really never review add ons but I had to come here to say this. TRASH. If you use this on anything more complex than a cube, you are screwed. Better save your work because even with a 4090 and an i9 this add on when invoked will freeze your computer. Again I say, TRASH.

I can't adjust the scale of the damage...
A big cube makes a nice looking damage, but when it comes to the actual size, it becomes lumpy. I'm asking the producer how to deal with this, but can it be solved? I will give the rating if it can be resolved. As it is now, it is not even 1 star. What is the point of those who are giving 5 stars?UPDATE Sept 7, 2023: OCD can be assigned to primitive objects in one shot, but when it comes to complex objects, you have to take a moment to assign the desired damage.Even with the above, I think it is a good add-on, but I thought the explanation of how to do it should be written in a way that is easy to understand.One-click may be the selling point of this add-on, but it is meaningless if the damage is not as intended. The creator was very sincere in his response. Thank you very much.

Works very well on 3.5, and I can get more complicated items to work. I can't understand why other people might have had problems, perhaps check your GPU settings for modifiers if you do? It's worth the money in my opinion.

Ok it may be broken in 3.5 - I can't even make the tutorial work. Example cube just disappears :D - Blender keeps crashing and if I can make it do something it looks miserable. No idea, but not happy with it.

It would be nice if an option to create damage with a shader without mesh deformation would be added.
