Procedural asphalt shader! Generate asphalt inside Blender without any textures. Add puddles, cracks, remove lines add more detail and tweak it as you wish.  

Easy to change properties with simple to use nodesetup.

You can enable Displacement too, just make sure you have enough polygons on your mesh and also using cycles render engine.

Append Aspdhalt Material from the blendfile callled "AsphaltShader". and it is ready to be used in your project.
