Procedural Asphalt Shader

Simply append material or node  group  from the blend file called "AsphaltShader" to your project and it is ready to use.

You can enable displacement as well just make sure that you are using cycles render engine and you also apply adaptive subdivision on your mesh to have enough polygons to render it properly.
