  Hi Shao,
  TrackerJack only supports After Effects 2021 and above. Thank you for contacting me thru the Blender Market contact page, I have responded to you there with the link to request a refund from Blender Market if upgrading After Effects isn't an option for you.

  When I click on export in AE nothing comes up. I tried AE 2024, 2023, and the beta.

  This plugin is wonderful and the creator, Jim, is a very patient and professional developer. He walked me through the process step by step and that everything worked perfectly. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! This is the plugin to transfer tracking from AE to Blender, that we have been waiting for, it loads everything automatically! thanks and thanks again!

  After some initial setbacks on my end which was completely my fault, make sure AE is up to date if end up with an empty json file after exprting from AE, it works perfectly and Jim was very fast to respond to my message.
