  The positives first: it's a good, detailed model done to scale.
  Second, the 'meh'; textures are basic. I had to redo them. The model certainly did not look like the renders on this product page.
  The bad; the Blender file is rubbish. It's a single object that goes all weird if you try to look at anything. What's the point of modelling the interior if there's no door? I ended up using the FBX file which did separate all the components. It was through the FBX file that I was able to retexture the model and adjust pivot points for the doors.
  Overall, for archvis, this product is NOT usable out of the box (although it may have been when it was made); it will take some work to 'make it pretty', but still workable. These models are supposed to save time, and even though I spent 2 hours making this decent for my project I couldn't have built this model in anywhere near that timeframe.
