The previews in the gallery have banding: do the final HDRs too?
No, the final HDRs do not have banding but only fine photographic grain. They are of very high quality for final production.
Whats the difference between the small and normal sized versions?
For your convenience I included a half-resolution compressed version of all gradients. Compression is DWAB, so visually there is no impact. You will gain HDD storage space and performance though.
