City Outdoor Table
In the Blend file go to "File > External Data > Find Missing Files" and choose the textures folder included. This will find all the missing textures within the textures folder.
Using Blender you can render images in both Cycles and Eevee. If you are not using Blender you can use the render engine that is used in your 3D software.

You can use this model for anything such as rendering scenes, background props, game development, and more.

If you are on Windows you can try using 7Zip to extract the files as that is what I used to create the archive.
