  Using Blender's native Window->Toggle System Control works....but...then you have to go find the window which might be behind Blender's main window. Then you have to do some tweak like with Windows PowerToys or write an Autohotkey script to make it stay on top and then move it some place on your Blender world to keep it where you can see it but not block off your screen. Tony's Addon adds a Shazam! to the process. It is almost fun to resize and relocate the window with the tab in the 3dviewer. (I did pay for this app...I am not the author nor was I asked to give this review)

  One needs to work a tiny bit to get installed and my Norton fussed until I whitelisted a dll but once set up...just works. Real nice.
