Easy Light: 

Easy Light allows you to easily add random lights and try different options in seconds. 

If you are tired of finding what lighting suits your models the best, this addon can help you with it. You can try different scenarios and if you like something, you can tweak it to be perfect.

Usage:

- Add lights to selected object
- Change parameters (Number of lights, Min and Max size, power, spread and distance from object, color)
- Add Volumetric fog
- Randomize! - you can randomize lights for selected object with values set in Easy Light panel 

- Randomize color - lets you change only colors of the lights

What you get:

EasyLights.zip file. Extract it 
Go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install... > Choose extracted file and install. That's it!
