BlenQuick Rig is an Add-On that is very similar to BlenRig5 because it's based on it, but it's much easier to use.

Unlike BlenRig5 it's very easy to use, no need to waste hours watching tutorials to make it work.

Note :

you may need to do some weight painting because BlenQuick doesn't have the mesh deform cage.

All the bone editing to fit the rig into your character must be done in pose mode.
