  Does not install with 2.93.
  I would like to see a show case of importing and demonstrating a muscle deformed character into unreal engine directly. A actual export and import.
  
  When it was functional, blender consistently crashed randomly trying to do any kind of operations with it. Had to save every step or I would lose my work.
  I want to use this add-on but it doesn't work and seems to have fallen into depreciation at this point.

  Hello. Please report issues directly to the Developer instead leaving the review!
  Installation problem is very rare and happens just to few of people and it's investigation is already in progress. However as being said it's difficult to reproduce. If you're willing to help to fix it please direct message the developer providing additional information.

  Please use xmusclesystem_28.zip for blender 2.8 and 2.9. If you have any troubles with installation please contact me.

  After a few months of working. I still havnt been able to creat much with this. And just opt to Not use it. Its Harbours your Playback for animations, even on low poly animations. And it's really Unstable. If you missclick something, or try to undo an error, Oops, You just crashed. I really wanted to like this, but I can't really recommend it. If you can get it to work it's okay.

  Using the addon requires some entry 3d graphics knowledge to start. There are some tutorials online that may help. Crashing on UNDO is a Blender issue, not the addon itself. A quick way to fix your strange behavior is to use old system instead of new one:
  Preferences > Experimental > Undo Legacy.

  Just seamlessly updated for use in latest Blender release. Excellent tool for me in producing static and dynamic anatomic studies. Highly recommended
