Which renderer?
The model was designed for Cycles but as it is a PBR material using textures maps it should work in Eevee or any other renderer.
Which version of Blender?
The model was created in Blender 2.9 but should work in any version of Blender above 2.8. The model is a single object so can easily be imported into previous versions as well.
