Introduction

Quick Replace is a blender addon to quickly replace selected object mesh.

The addon replaces selected objects from the object list of an active category.

The addon has two lists in the N-Panel.

Workflow

First, add a category by pressing the + operator.

Second, add objects to the active category from the dropdown or load the selected objects by pressing the load operator.

Finally, to replace selected objects use hotkeys:
It will replace selected objects by looping objects from the object list

SHIFT + SCROLL
Loop from the top of the object list.

CTRL + SCROLL
Loop from the active object of the object list.

SHIFT + CTRL + SCROLL
Switch the active category of the categories list.

ALT + [
Rotate selected objects to -90 along the Z axis.

ALT + ]
Rotate selected objects to +90 along the Z axis.
