QuickBool

The QuickBool addon is an elegant one-click solution to rapid boolean modelling.   - How many times I used to think "I just want to chop that object from that this object".  Blender is an incredibly capable package, but as we all know it does love to make you click 15 different things and swish your mouse all over the place to do one task.  Boolean op workflow is exactly one of those processes.
   QuickBool uses the Blender built-in algorithm for doing the bool operation, but it takes 99.9% of the click,mouse travel,click,click,click,travel tedium away.     

To Use:   Simply select the object(s!) you want to bool with the active object, and on your regular right-click menu you'll find "QOL Quick Boolean" .  Click once, and you're generally done!

Bonus Advantages.

Multiple objects in one sweep:    Select many objects at the same time, right-click-bool and they're all processed in one go!

Material Transfer:  Do you want to have the material of the boolean object on the target?  QuickBool automatically adds new slots to the active object and assigns them the correct materials, so the cuts and intersections correspond to the boolean operation. This is usually a pain in the bum if you haven't planned ahead. No longer !    Transfer is on by default, but of course can be toggled.

Post adjustment:  By default, QuickBool cuts (Difference) but you can change the settings after the operation to Intersect, Union etc. This is done in the Adjust Last Operation Panel (Bottom left). You can also toggle Match Material and Solver method (Fast/Exact).  Your choice is always remembered for the next operation.

Retain Modifier:  By default, Quickbool cleans up after itself; deleting the boolean source objects and applying the modifier to the active object.  You can however, with one click, choose to retain the modifier so that it's available in the modifier stack as a non-destructive standard flow. Your choice is again always remembered for the next operation.
