  I have been using this addon on and off for a few years now and I think this one of the best additions you can get for Blender.
  It is easy enough to use (lets be honest, complex physic sims are never really 'easy' to setup) and I found it very stable. The fluid is very controllable and you can achieve many interesting effects. Settings are explain well and I had no difficulty using this addon years ago as a complete beginner.
  As additional icing on the cake for me, the cache export and import feature worked flawless for me and its very easy to hand off simulation baking to a secondary machine, so you can continue working on your scene without hassle.
  I would buy it again any day.

  An indispensable software. The management is very fast, the result is amazing. I would like or I don't know if it's possible, that objects, cars etc. which are carried away by water (tsunami) can react.
  Otherwise it's great. Misses the resistance of the water in front of certain matter ^^

  Thanks for the review! Interaction with objects is limited in this simulator. Objects can be animated and push around the liquid, but the liquid will not be able to push back and affect the motion of the objects (https://github.com/rlguy/Blender-FLIP-Fluids/wiki/Limitations-of-the-FLIP-Fluids-addon#fluid-and-rigid-body-interaction).

  I've spent loads of money on apps and plugins for fluid dynamics in the past, and this $79 add-on is as good, if not better, than anything else I've tried. Simple to set up, easy to learn, and it doesn't take a lot of effort to get really beautiful results. I can't recommend this enough. And given that things like RealFlow are hundreds of £/$/€, Flip Fluids would be an absolute bargain at twice the price. Just buy it!

  I'm giving this 5 stars although it just started crashing while rendering or before rendering now on me all the time. I have a ProArt Studiobook One, this shouldn't be happening.

  I'm glad I bought FlipFluids.
  It has a lot of flexibility around baking, and you can easily achieve a certain quality or use complex settings to get great results.
  It has made fluid simulation in blender a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

  Of course you can use the liquids that are in Blender, but this is something else altogether. You'll want a computer that's happy with a heavy workload if you want to create things that look really spectacular, but that's ok. It does what it's meant to do, easily, and is one of the few add-ons that doesn't just solve-problems but makes it more fun to explore creatively.

  The possibilities are baisicly endless. Ialso love that you can still work on the project while it is baking and that there are great shaders that you can use.
