Instructions:
Append Blend file to your scene and use It with settings in modifier.
To use Custom mesh add your mesh to "CUSTOM MESH" collection and activate "CUSTOM MESH ON/OFF" in modifier options.
Control UVW by scaling, rotating or moving UVW CONTROL empty inside "UVW CONTROL" collection.
