All textures are packed into the blend file and can be unpacked from there, for inspection and modification.
You can append them into your scene via file/append.

SETTINGS:

  • "vector"
     the proportions of the room

  • "depth" how deep the rooms are

  • "gapwidth"
how much does the wall cover

  • "edge radius"  how wide the edges of the model map walls, this helps to avoid       windows at the edge. (cycles only)

  • "tint/floor/wall/glass"

  • "light strength" emission strength of the rooms

  • "light bias"
