Costumizable and realistic assets that works great in EEVEE and Cycles

ROADS

This asset include a curve to control the length and the shape of the road. The material of it is semi-procedural created, this means A LOT of detail and non repeatable patterns. Also mean that you can change the shape of it and the material will adapt.
In the shader editor you will be able to change the type of lines, quantity of lines, weathering, cracks and more! 
You can increase the level of the water on the surface in the add-on UI.

STREETS

These assets include some intersections and straight street. It's came with decals that affect the material AND the shape of the surface. There are two types of decals, one of them are potholes (surface imperfections) and the other group are white symbols (arrows, stop sign, etc.) You can control them with the use of empties, that can be rotated, scaled and moved across all the street surfaces. The key feature of them is the dynamic transformation of the surface, they interact each other and modify the overall shape of it (displacement in cycles). 
You can control the level of water of the potholes with the WetSurface value in the add-on UI. 

HIGHWAYS - PRO!

You will find two modules of elevated highways, that can be controlled with a curve path and an array modifier. The category include one exit sign, two light poles, retroreflectos and lateral sound barriers.
You can control the lights of the sign with the "StreetLights" value in the integrated UI. 

SIDEWALKS

Every street needs a sidewalk beside it. This pack contains 8 different types of sidewalks and the pavement edge. The materials are procedural that means that you can control the color, the patterns, level of destruction of them and more! 

TRAFFIC LIGHTS AND SIGNS

In this category you will find 9 different traffic signs and 3 traffic signs. There is 6 different types of stickers to add to this elements to increase the level of detail, and vandalism, on your scene! They looks awsome!
Some of the signs are retroreflectors like in the real world! 

BARRIERS

You need to close a street? No, problem! You can make it with our barrriers! 6 diferent types, from concrete to plastic. All of them with semi-procedural materials that can be easily tweaked to fit to your needs! 

PROCEDURAL BUILDINGS - PRO!

In this update we include a requested feature. New  procedural buildings! With them, you will be able to change in a few clicks, the number of floors, and overall size of the building. More variations will be added later.
They work in 2.80 to 3.10 and beyond! 
This will guarantee you the easy control of your buildings  in the scene. In addition we also increase the number of buildings in the add-on and improve the existing! We are always working on improvements!

A LOT OF ASSETS!

When we say that URBANIAC! came with a lot of assets, we say it for real! If you buy the PRO version, you will get more than 160 assets and future updates with more content (we always add more content). If you buy the LITE version, you will get 90 assets and if you want to test the capabilities of the asset pack, you can use the trial version with 14 assets for ALMOST nothing! (Blendermaket force to us to put a minimum price of .51dlrs) 

KITBASH AND PROPS

We include some kitbash/props categories like fire stairs, fences, gas stations, air ducts, etc. With them, you will be able to create complex structures from parts. This means full control and easy use, without the need to make every single element. Easy, fast and flexible! 

GARBAGE PARTICLES - PRO!

You can reach the next level of detail in your urban scenes with ours garbage assets, that include some particles, like used cigars and hamburger boxes. The material of the garbage is made to be randomly weathered, to look authentically. Reach the next level with this particle system!  

MATERIALS

The pack include some materials used on the assets to easily include them in your own models. When you append your materials from the asset manager, they will be integrated to the UI. That means, that you will be able to control the VFX´s from a single place! 

3D INTERIOR - PRO!

Pre-baked low poly 3D interiors with randomized ligths that works great in EEVEE and Cycles with low impact and huge details. Search them in the "INTERIOR" category on your PRO version of URBANIAC!
You will find 8 different interiors, froms shops to house interiors.

3 CLICKS TO APPEND

With our asset manager you can select the elements to append to your scene with a picture for reference. All the elements are in categories for easy search for them. You will be able to choose to append the elements at center or in the 3D cursor. In just a couple of seconds, you will be able to add a LOT of details to your work. 

CONFIG YOUR SCENE

We develop the add-on to easily control all the elements in one place changing the mood of your scene. Want to make a rainy city? - just add animated raindrops to all the exterior surface with one click. Want to make a night scene? Turn on the lights of the buildings and the streets with two clicks. APPEND PROCEDURAL MATERIALS

With the v2.30 you will be able to append the URBANIAC! materials to your scene. All of this materials will be connected to the UI of the add-on, that means that you will have full control of them with a few clicks. The materials are created in such a way that can adapt to all your needs.

TURN THE LIGHTS ON

In the add-on UI you will find the possibility to control the lights of the buildings and the streetlights with two separated inputs.
You will be able to import the "light" material for use in your own models, this mean that with only 2 clicks you will be able to turn the entirely lights of your city on or off.

MAKE IT RAIN

With the values "raindrops" and "wet surfaces" you will be able to control the overall look of the elements to make them look wet or to add animated raindrops to their surfaces. In the case of the streets, this values affects the water level of the potholes too!  You will be able to add the animated raindrops to your own materials !

GOD OF THE TRAFFIC

In the UI you will also find the traffic light controls. With them, you will be able to change the direction of the red/green lights, turn off entirely the traffic lights or let them in caution mode (only yellow light flashing). All of it from 3 inputs that affects all the traffic lights of the city!

A LOT OF EFFORT

When you make urban scenes you need to model a LOT of assets and elements that required a lot of time, resources and effort. Why not expend more time to make the principal element of your scene and let to us the hard work of complete the rest of the assets?
